I signed up for direct tv in May of 2016 and was told that I would receive a $100.00 pre paid card and a 2 year price guarantee.I have received neither.

I have called probably 20 times since May and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. The agents say there's nothing on the account where I've called. I feel like I've been lied to and cheated.

I just talked to an agent last night and he said there's nothing he can do.Sorry customer service.
