3 days after I cancelled Directv service, I attended to pay my final bill with the cancellation fees et al. I attempted to pay it online and that was a dead end.
I am currently on hold with 1-800-531-5000, the call is so far up to 29 minutes and counting. I am also currently typing back and forth with a "chat" agent to no avail either. Why is this so difficult? Secondly, I logged in to my account to pay online and it states that my service was cancelled on 2/3/17 due to the account being past due.
This is not correct. My account is not and has never been past due.
I cancelled the service on 2/3/17. What a joke!
