Was over charged multiple times.Bill changed almost every month not cause I ordered anything.

Called to try and get it fixed was charged for the over charges anyway. Customer service said it fixed the problem. Of couse next month it happened again. Decided to cancel the service agreed to pay the cancellation fee of a $160.

Bill was $170 then tacked on another $45 dollar for non returned item that I sent the day I got the bag they sent me.Took the money unauthorized and told me I would get the money back when they receive the item.
