We cancealed our direct tv well over 3 months ago. The reason being is because we were told not only by the sales agent but also by the guy on the phone that we would be at a set rate of $80 for 2 years and when the 1 year mark hit our bill went up to almost $200 dollars and then just kept going up and down between $150 to $200.

Then tonight after 3 months of not having service with them, we just got the box to send the equipment back and then tonight they pulled out all the money we had in our account out of our account for non-return of equipment. I cant believe this company.
