Money withdrawn from my account after end of service. I returned all my equipment.

Something happened the equipment had not arrived. When I called to find out why, the person I spoke with was able to track the equipment and tell me that I had sent it in time. My account the money came out if was overdrawn since we had no idea the money was coming out. I am told that there was no way to return the money sooner that 5 to 7 days.

I will have to pay fees and have to figure out food for my family in this week. I did nothing to deserve this.

I checked with directv when I cancelled so as to avoid anything like this. I have been a loyal customer with auto pay for years.
