I was a "loyal customer" for 4 yrs never had issues never missed any payments.Had a cpl financial things come up cable was No longer in our budget so we canceled our service was told we would receive a paper bill and would have 14 days from when we received the bill to pay in full.

Well a month went by never received a bill so we called them , was reassured it would not come out of our account until we receive bill not 3 days after contact over the weekend the 200+ bill was drafted from my account. Monday dtv says they can no longer do anything because the payment has gone through. I WILL NEVER USE DTV AGAIN!!!!

Will also tell everyone i know to not use them.F*** DTV
