Directv is wanting to charge me a $360 cancellation fee on one of my 2 accounts with them. The other account is remaining active.
The only reason I am cancelling one is my new location isn't in a spot where service will be reliable. The rep, supervisor, and manager were all very short with me and didn't portray customer service at all.
