I have had direct TV service for about six months with AT&T service and the on demand movies do not play because of slow internet speed with AT&T. I try to cancel the premium channels because I can not watch on demand and they try to convince you that they will give you a six month discount, while my bill remains high for services that I can't use.

Service was out for week and direct tv stated that they will give credit to bill and wanted to add charge for repairman coming out. Worse service ever and I'm changing to a different provider.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

you better call DTV first, because if you have only had it for 6 months, you will have a 420 dollar early termination fee when you cancel.
