It's so ridiculous!! I log into ATT and then my Directv password has to be reset.

If I reset it and log into Directv, then my ATT password has to be reset. It's a merry-go-round of stupidity. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Directv and ATT on Thursday. Now today, the same issue and another hour on the phone with unintelligent, but POLITE people who just keep assisting me with password reset and insulting my intelligence with questions like "are you sure you used the correct password?" "Are you at the website" My passwords are simple and written down!!

Attsucks2 or Directvsucks2. Now it's Attsucks3 and Directvsucks3. Lets reset again!! Attsucks 4!!

Yes, I know what my passwords are!! Is there anyone who can help me?????

I can't be the only customer with this problem? Why can't these companies resolve this?
