I have had Directv since 2009..... very few issues as long as I kept an eye on my account.
Keeping track on when specials would be falling off etc. Now that Directv and ATT have merged together nothing but issues. All of my calls are now out sourced to the Philippines instead of the US!! Prior to the merge it was all US CS reps and they all had the authority to manage my account.
Plus the wait time on hold has quadrupled as well as language barriers.
How is ATT allowed to purchase all of these companies and not be seen as a monopoly!?
Reason of review: more than one issue from above list..
Monetary Loss: $5.
Preferred solution: For ATT to be stopped from purchasing any more pieces in their monopoly game.....
