bad instalation antena is too low on the roof and chanels cant get satelite signal we call tecnical support and they send a tecnitian but the guy said the antena is installed wrong and nobody want fix the problem because they said they dont know the guy who install it...

Didn't want to run cable where we wanted to. Asked if we had a rug we could put over cable cord that would be ran across living room. Said it was raining and wouldn't go under the house. I understand that, said he was going to call his supervisor got in his truck and left.

Technician left before scheduled appointment and said he could not install as he,had no line of sight. Wow.I told him i had service with direct tv before.hes at,wrong,address. Will have,to reschedule he tells me. Unbeleivable.did not want to listen. Bad customer service skills. He represents who.direct tv?
