Got a call from directv apparently they hadn't received my payment. I had my receipt got it straightened out and was told the payment would probably be their the next day and I would receive a 150 dollar credit. Notice I was having a problem with my satelite cord outside. Call directv and was told I couldn't have a repairmen even though I pay for the protection plan until my payment was physically received even though I had a receipt. Talked to a supervisor and was told the same thing. Needless to say I had them disconnect it.

I was appalled I have never been late on my payments and didn't complain when I was blocked out because of viacom. The nerve of directv to deny a paying customer since 2008 repair service. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Directv rather lose a customer of four years than to send out a repairman.

They were really nice when I first signed up amazing how once you have been a customer for a while they couldn't care less about you.
