Directv bogus charge harrassment
My wife and I were long-suffering Direct customers who finally woke up and cancelled in August 2012.After 9 years of increasing prices and fewer and fewer decent channels, we moved to Dish.
We paid our last bill, zeroed our balance and I thought we were done with Directv but I was wrong. Last month we started receiving phone calls and last week received a bill for 5 pay per view movies from four years ago that we never ordered and never watched (Fred Claus? Come on!).
Since then they have called frequently to the point that we are feeling harrassed.I'm thankful that I never signed up for automatic payment with these scumbags or they would have already taken the money from us.
