1st mistake was you place the order through an authorized retailer. The price is not guaranteed for 2 yrs but one.

Also did you keep the free premiums channels after the 3month promo? Also what you email or letter order confirmation shows because that’s how the order was submitted

Were u charged anything after u told them tht they breached the contract? Bcuz here in Abilene Tx, 1 of our local chnls was removed & I'm already unhappy with their servs. s So I'm trying to get out of the deal with the devil contract, with the most least fees on my end.

A sales rep came to my door affering a great bundle deal for phone, internet and tv service, complete with free install and 200 visa reward. What i got was no bundle, slow internet, 100 dollar approx install, 2 seperate bills, much higher than quoted, and 2 hits on my credit report. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them the opportunity to fix the problems, but was unsuccessful. The sales rep said he would make good on the deal and drop of either cash or a gift card every month, but that is not what i signed up for.

We have had DirecTV for 20 years and until AT&T took it over the Customer Service was fantastic. I called AT&T to complain about the monthly bill and was directed to a phone number which connected me to an off-shore (Philippines) Rep. I requested to be connected to a Rep in the United States (which, as I recall is my legal right) and he said he couldn't do that. I hung up on him. I am presently paying AT&T over $500 per month for TV, Internet, and Cell service and am tired of it. I guess there is always Verizon and Dish!

Can't do 1/2 star!! I can't believe the disrespect..

for 1 tv and it's only me n my daughter and we were on the low income setting.. it's all bull crap!!!! I won't refer them nor will I ever receive services if they were the only company in my area. I would just stick to DVDs!

All they care about is money not how they can help the customers or anyone for that matter! It's not their service or family why should they care ...

I’m sure people know this , directv has about pushed their customers as far as they are willing to wait . We are expected to keep paying our bill , I’m sure direct tv will be seeing loss of customers.
