I was lied to about directv bundling with Windstream first. Then I received an email that someone would come to my house to hook up my already excisting Windstream.
So I called Windstream to see what was going on they then called diretcv customer service bc they had signed me up for a new windstream account. Thats when I found out that I had been lied to and that Directv can not discount my Winstream bill by bundling bc they dont bundle. 2nd issue, I called about the rebabte gc was told to wait 4weeks. Did that never got my gc, called back to find out I had to register on an at&t website to start processes.
I dont have att&t and directv did not tell me I had to start the processes on att&t website. So now im going to have to wait another 4weeks!! So not happy!!
Oh and did I mention the whole time the customer service people spoke very poor english and can not connect you to the United States!!! Im within my 30days seriously considering canceling!!
