I was told i would have internet and cable off the ultimate for 55 a month and after they came and hook up my service they sending me a bill for double the charge they told me plus are now telling me they dont provide internet for my area and actually looking at how they ran the wires its relly tacky and out in the open ,i dont even want the service no more, especially how i was lied to about it

I had similar issue.I was told i had a 30 day trial period in which i could cancel..

LIE!!!!!

Spent countless minutes on the phone waiting only to get a guy to tell me he could do nothing for me.....

Now will have to fight with them over early termination fees.
