Details
After watching bill constantly go up, I put my service on hold for about 2 months. Followed up by contacting DirectTv to turn off my service. Guess what? Service was not disconnected!!!!!! I was billed for a month and a half (with proration), they stated that they had no proof that I had disconnected my service and therefore the charges were valid. I asked if IT could verify that I was not receiving a signal and they said it didn’t matter because it was “my choice” not to utilize my service. Again, it was my choice to to utilize service that I had directed them to disconnect and was assuming was off. In addition they can prorate service for connection but they can’t prorate for disconnection.

I’m with the person before me. I live north of Dayton Ohio. We lost NBC for most of the summer and now it is running under the ABC channel that we might lose it at the end of the week. I’m also pissed if ABC goes so am I. I don’t want an alternate way to see my shows. I pay for a service and if I don’t get it I’ll go somewhere else

Since DirecTV merge with AT&T this is the worst company ever !! They overcharged my bill, they turn your services off if you are 3 days late. it doesn't make sense!!!! I am so pissed off at AT&T I would never EVER, EVER recommend nobody to get services from this company. I just paid a bill last week as they say thst wss for June! Then they told me I had a bill due July 7th thats due. I told them I will pay that bill July 26th and they turned my service off today and today is July 18th I'm pissed Ive been with A DirecTV for 14 years. IM SO DONE This happened in May as well. I paid over $450 two weeks apart. They are a ripe off. I asked fir supervisor and never spoke to one. NEVER AGAIN

On 6.1.19 I had to call again,and get 5 different channels back,on 6/14.19 I had to call and get a channel back, I pay WAY too much for this kinda thing to KEEP happening and is very annoying! I'm about to go to a different Cable Co.

Sorry to hear about that, AT&T spent a good chunk on TimeWarner instead that’s why a lot of negotiations are happening. Give me a call when you have a chance to go over some options 480-819-9991

Directv - I just want to simply WATCH TV!

I have hated DIRECT TV for awhile, but the killer came when there was NO SINGLE on my TV for the SUPER BOWL! The cable dies EVERY DAY....NO SIGNAL! Yet I done nothing but turn on my TV! I just want to watch what I am paying for: FREAKING TV!!!!
