I called Directv and they told me that not only had the rate changed in the first three months, it would go up AGAIN in another 3 months. I told them I was assured the amount was locked in for 1 year. "Oh sorry. It's not." Staying at motel 6 Tupelo ms. Two nights in a row,two different rooms. Could not watch tv because volume in and out and fuzzie lines on all channels. Office people did not understand anything about cable or tv. Very disappointed.....

Again the customers of DirectTV have to suffer the conciquences of their Greed for more money and their lack of concern with the effect on their customers that even allow them to be in business.They blocked out stations that MANY customers would of been enjoying, especially on this holiday break.
