I quit direct tv gave them my new address to send my bill instead they have turned me into a collection agency for more then what i owe. Have callef them 5 times for a bill they never send it out.

Directv - Credit card charge

I was charged for a months service ahead of time and they would not refund my charge. Told me if they refund it then it would be charged as a late fee on next months bill and then reported to the credit bureau. I also never got my $200 visa gift card for signing up for a new service. Horrible customer service. Worst company ever.
