Directv cannot treat me like an ex-customer. I still pay.
After 7 years of good service from directv ,with moderate increases, I became a non-customer who still gets billed like one.My mistake was listening to a rep telling me that she would have an installer come to the new apartment, without charge,to install a dish despite being told by management that cable was the only way to go.
Sure enough, he took one look and said there was no line of sight as many others were told.
Four days before the visit my credit card was already charged without permission, no equipment was installed and no service was performed.They not only charged $238.99 for no installation but are now charging me monthly like a customer!
