My building is wired for Fios....but i have remained with Directv bec of the excellent customer service i have had for many years. This might be the time for a change.

I have a stressful job and some mindless fun entertainment is sometimes the best Rx. To cancel American Idol in mid season is really bad. I understand the price hike is pure greed, but sometimes you take down some profit to keep the loyal people who helped make the money for you.

Everything else i have is Verizon..maybe it is time for the whole package. I just hate their customer service and the time it takes to get to a person. I hope Directv gets enough complaints to reconsider...but i do understand wanting to give Fox the finger !
