I ordered Choice package over phone with an operator for $60 a month just to get local CSNBAYAREA to get local Golden State Warriors games and two weeks in to my new service I find out I don't have it. Call customer service and they say I have the entertainment package "wtf" I said I didn't order that and they say no problem we can upgrade you to choice package for $76 a month.
Wait a minute hold the *** up !!!!!! I am not paying more than what is advertised when I ordered it.
Talked to supervisor, manager and all these mother *** refused to give me the proper customer service. I want somebody's HEAD !
