By far the worse tv/cable company ever.Signed up for a two year agreement and Directv arbitrarily decided to sign me up for another 2 year agreement without my knowledge.
The rep stated I ordered something I do not have. Charged me $280 to cancel. This company lies every time you talk to someone. Don't ever use them.
They suck beyond anything that crawls on this earth. Directv claims to be the number 1 cable company in customer satisfaction. I have never been satisfied and anyone I personally know has be dissatisfied.
The consumer pays in the end.I have my original activation papers and still denied having to pay that $280 cancellation fee.
