Directv - Customer service night mare !

December talked to rep at direct TV gave us new amt to pay 3 months later billing still wrong called every month and each month rep told us amt would be credited and never us and then late charges added on. Now sitting on hold for supervisor over 40 minutes! If can switch to Comcast will try as this issue is over $16.28! Acct #5167641. Really sad situation at ATT
