Directv - Dishonest company

In May of 2018 I was having problems with my dtv receiver and was offered a WARRANTY, I was told its a warranty no new contract is needed in December i canceled my service and was informed that it was an upgrade snd charged me early termination fee.office of president offered me $100.00 credit which i refused.

Directv - Horrible customer service!

Dealing with Direct tv for almost 2 years! Signed up for $35.00 per month and have never received a bill for under $89.00 a month. They told us that they cant adjust the bill and have been giving us some credits on our ATT bill, but have never given us the right amount and we have to call in each month and go through the same process! We have put so much time in Direct tv that I should own tons of stock in it! Horrible customer service, I will NEVER go back!

Overcharging. Bait and switch. RUN. Do not walk away. And now it is infecting AT&T wireless. I have been screwed over by bad training and outright dishonesty and it has cost me well over $1000.

In July of 2018 I contacted Direct TV to cancel my account. I told them I was having financial problems. I was told that if I didn't cancel that they would drop by monthly payment down to $25.00 a month. It never happened they continued to charge me the same amount....
