I complained to the FCC and received a phone call from AT&T direct Tv. They apologized for the problems and said the bill is taken care of and have moved the account of collections and brought it to zero. Gave me a number to call the directly if I have any more issues.

Asked for a box not sent hit my credit card with charges for NOV/Dec. Called spent over an hour on the phone refunded charges finally sent box for return of equip. Sent...
