They didnt hold up their end. Had call for them to. Then they said rest of bill due on 9th. Today is 29th meaning the day after he talked and fussed and we wake up to no tv. They are a *** company that just wants to take people money. They suck as a company. One person tells u one thing another tells u different. I just like it for recording General Hospital

Same here having issues with direct tv about all the lies they tell me I’m about to change to a different provider my bill is never the same and then you talk to one person and 20 minutes you call back and a different person tells you a different story
