This is a type of company that doesn't care if they lose customers. Seems to me when you try to get your point across they don't seem to understand what you want. Not very pleased with the service i did have. Hoping that they improve that department.

Directv - I have never received worse customer service in my life!

Called to set up service. Service didn't work. Called to cancel service because I was tired of being transferred from one person to the next To try and resolve the problem. After two hours of trying to resolve the issue I decided to just cancel the service and they told me I had a balance owing for service I never received.

Signed 2yr contract on price 1 yr ago. Now $58 higher. Called several times and was told that it would be adjusted to correct price but she couldn't do it got transferred 3 times. Finally was told that the person I had to talk to was busy and will call me back in 15 minutes. This happened 4 times in a week!! No call yet!! Lies,lies,lies!!
