I was promised a $200 dollar visa debit card to come back to direct , as I was going to leave after being a customer since 2011 I called them on July 19 2019 I was paid up thru August . They first said I had to wait 30 days , I did then said give a few more day and go to the rewards site and put in my account # I did. Still nothing!! I am tired of being lied to. I want what I was promised. If direct/ att want people to fulfill their contract then they need to start fulfilling theirs. I am getting pissed off

I have been from sept. 14 I have been trying to get directv back got it on 9/25/2019 om the 25th it got shut off. there price change I was told it was going to be 63.dollars pre month with combine bill with att. not true.they wanted to charge 124.00 pre month, for tv only. there win back deal, all they do is lie the only ones that you can talk with are the idiots over seas.

I complained to the FCC and received a phone call from AT&T direct Tv. They apologized for the problems and said the bill is taken care of and have moved the account of collections and brought it to zero. Gave me a number to call the directly if I have any more issues.

Customer service? They have know idea!

They contract to other countries you can’t understand what the *** they are talking about! Direct TV price gouges.

The CEO needs to pull his out out of his *** I have networked and I will at least have 150 people getting rid of there service ! I will continue to network to hurt your business!!!!!

Been a customer since 11/2018. 2 yrs contract. First yr was suppose to be $53.53 a month. I've been charged that ONCE. every month is different. I cancel all the free stuff that they have me early so as not to be billed. They assure me I won't. Liars! I've spent hours on phone with so many customer service reps. And STILL get over charged. I feel that since they overcharged what my original contract cost was my contract is voided. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

If you are still under contract and cancel their service they will place a charge on your account either your bank or credit card for the months remaining and non-returned equipment fees this can range into the hundreds to thousands of dollars so be careful if you plan on dropping them
