I have been from sept. 14 I have been trying to get directv back got it on 9/25/2019 om the 25th it got shut off. there price change I was told it was going to be 63.dollars pre month with combine bill with att. not true.they wanted to charge 124.00 pre month, for tv only. there win back deal, all they do is lie the only ones that you can talk with are the idiots over seas.

It actually looks like he rented the movies on one day then purchased them the next couple of days. That shouldn’t be their responsibility.

It’s your kid.

Pay attention and set parental controls. Direct tv is not responsible for your absent parenting.

I was promised a $200 dollar visa debit card to come back to direct , as I was going to leave after being a customer since 2011 I called them on July 19 2019 I was paid up thru August . They first said I had to wait 30 days , I did then said give a few more day and go to the rewards site and put in my account # I did. Still nothing!! I am tired of being lied to. I want what I was promised. If direct/ att want people to fulfill their contract then they need to start fulfilling theirs. I am getting pissed off

Sorry to hear about that, Yeah a lot of people have been unhappy with the negotiations because AT&T spent a good chunk of money on TimeWarner instead. Give me a call when you have a chance to see what I can do 480-819-9991

Customer service? They have know idea!

They contract to other countries you can’t understand what the *** they are talking about! Direct TV price gouges.

The CEO needs to pull his out out of his *** I have networked and I will at least have 150 people getting rid of there service ! I will continue to network to hurt your business!!!!!

I complained to the FCC and received a phone call from AT&T direct Tv. They apologized for the problems and said the bill is taken care of and have moved the account of collections and brought it to zero. Gave me a number to call the directly if I have any more issues.

AT$T ruined DirecTV

We were DirecTV customers for about 10 years. It was great. Then AT&T bought DirecTV. Customer service is horrendous, our bill keeps going up, rising to $190 a month. In order to replace our old DVR, which was slowly dying, they wanted to force us to sign a new contract for 2 years. We are losing service with increasing frequency and there is NO 4K service available to older customers despite their claim to the contrary. We decided enough is enough and dropped DirecTV, having to pay them $378 in order to close the account despite the fact that we have NO current contract with them!!! We now have Fire TV WITH 4K, plus Hulu Live with HBO & Starz, Amazon Prime and Netflix for less than $100 a month!
