Directv - Customer Care Review
Outrageous, the only word to describe my experience with Direct TV.Spent three hours on the phone, mostly on hold.
Transferred to one dept after another each requesting the same information. Was promised a very competitive price v. Dish - not so! Nickel and dimed me to death.
Would not cooperate on a second home installation- Dish was no problem. Impossible to understand their non-English speaking agents once you get through the interminable phone tree and unendurable holds! The list goes on and on - wish the *** I had never switched from Dish - I was duped!
Can't wait to cancel my contract - will have to wait if course due to the outrageous cancellation fees.What a nightmare!
