Customer services is very unprofessional...

Direct tv is the worst.I recently found out they have been over charging me for a year.

Make it so bad, their employee told me I were being over charged. Then I ask for a credit on my bill, I were offered $5 off on 2 months. I were being charged for 5 Tvs and only have 4.... I spoke to a supervisor which were just as nasty as the employee.

He proceeds to tell me if I have not caught it by now what's the problem... Really!!!

I was on the phone for over 2 hours...Still no one resolved my issues...
