Horrible company for new clients. Wanted to bundle phone and satellite.
On 11-11-16 rep came out only to take our old dish off and put theirs up to say no signal and neef trees cut down. Got trees cut down.
Then on 11-16-16 5 days later still no activation because we still have a patch of tree in the way mind you its fall and the leaves are brown and falling. So i will not be getting thier service.
This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with DIRECTV. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
