I've had Directv for many years. Great service but...when I need customer service I would appreciate speaking with an American.
I was very frustrated talking to someone who was obviously reading from a script instead of listening to what I was saying. Took me over half an hour to tell him what should have taken 5 minutes. My receiver doesn't work. Its old.
I went through all the trouble shooting procedures. The other one works fine. Send me a new one.
While your rep was courteous I had to ask him to repeat himself several times because I couldn't understand him. Very frustrating.
