Direct Tv, they have been overcharging me for months. I got a customer loyalty credit of 32 back in in September 2016.

Well I got looking at my bill after it rose again. Some crazy reason they said. No discount for me she said. She didn't understand a word I said.

She suppose to be the supervisor. But she knew how to be rude.

Everybody I talked to was very rude. I would like to have my account look at by a outside company.
