Direct Television is a collective deceptive machine that practices misrepresentation and consistent fraud that lie about service packages and pricing. I am a victim of this unlawful machine.

I have been speaking to over a dozen representatives and dishonest loyalty call centers across this world to only hear many apologies and lies, thereafter their solution is to over charge a consumer after making a payment and then send charges that were supposedly adjusted to only bring back to the customer next bill, and then turn services off and demand more money. Then speak to another loyalty representative that claims he restored services and just need someone to call for verification, and never received the call, then call back and loyalty representatives claim theres no record of such call.

I advise no one to tolerate this crime. Also, AT and T now have an interest in Timewarner, we should file all claims to Better Business Bureau and utility commisions and file a class suit against Direct Television, AT and T and all affiliates for consumer misrepresentation, fraud and abuse.
