Spoke with three different agents to place an order for upgrades and add ons explaining in detail what was needed. Tech gets here and realizes the order is incorrect.
Directv customer service agents messed up the entire order. Hamm God for the technician who was able to get it worked out with the tech agent however, when I spoke with the first male tech agent in customer service and expressed my frustration with their inconsistency and incorrect information he HUNG UP ON ME! Tech had to call back and speak with someone else to get it resolved and again this was a direct tv agent error! I had been a customer for 10 years.
My business will go elsewhere very soon even with a cancellation fee.
We pay a premium for this service and such treatment and screw ups are not acceptable. I can pay less elsewhere still be happy with services and channels and not have it deal with being hung up on or lack of accountability.
Kshops wrote the review because of poor customer service at Directv. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Directv to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
