They have the ABSOLUTE worst customer service ever!!!We were given an extension on our account and reassured that we would be fine until Jan 8 2017 here we are Dec 27th 2016 and our service has been interrupted!!

We were treated horribly and basically called liars. At first they said they had no record of our call then they changed their story to it was a technical support issue!! We received the run around for over an hour from some "Supervisor" named Bryan id#1010707050 and the actual emloyee that gave the extension id#101147668. They did nothing to resolve THEIR mistake!

DON'T GET DIRECT TV!!

They could care less about their customers.Wish we never left Time Warner
