DIRECTV service used to be great, but something terrible has happened to them.Their customer service people on the phone do not have a clue what they are doing and make gigantic errors in writing up orders.

We were doing a simple move of location, and it has taken six weeks to get service at our new place. We talked to six customer reps in six states one day, and no one seemed to know anything. Then, when the technician ( who was very efficient and knowledgeable) arrived, the work order he had been given had nothing to do with simply moving our service.

Today we have tried repeatedly to sign in to our account.It does not work, and we have read on-line that most other customers are having the same problem.

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Directv. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
