Have had Directv for over 15 years.We moved to a new home and moved our service.

the install was done wrong and we were given a defective Genie. We had numberous service calls and calls to tech support over a years time and we were treated horribly as reps just pointed fingers at the previous person and said they did not know what they were doing. Over past year we have spent 30-35 hours on phone and wasted 4 vacation days waiting for service calls. A year with locking up signals, no signals, reset all receivers, missed recordings, and horrible customer service!!!!

Then the dropping of signals and stations. We missed the summer olympics due to "contract standstills" and now we are without another couple of channels again.

What do you pay all this money for????Think twice and run in the opposite direction!!!!!
