Switching to Directv was one of the biggest mistakes we've ever made.It was great at first, but after the first year it was horrible.
Customer service was a joke. They did absolutely nothing to help. I was told multiple times that a supervisor would call me back to try to resolve an issue, and did not ever get a call back.
I repeatedly told them that I regretted signing a two year contract because of the issue I had.They customer service rep laughed when I told him that.
