Now I'm pissed off, the phone call I made at 3:05 PM today to Directv that I was offered Free showtime for 3 months "doesn't exist" on their records and I am Not receiving the channels for free as they have No Record of the call.I'm sending the corporate office a formal complaint via mail as the girl who LIED to me needs to lose her job but being she didn't Note the Call, they won't know Who She Is!!!

So pissed off. No record of this 9 minute phone call on their records at all.

She Lied to the wrong woman!I hope they figure out Who I Spoke To at 3:05pm.
