The customer service is horrible.Sat on phone yrying to figure out my bill for 1hour and 47 mins being tranferred to at&t and direct tv about 6 times then to be disconnected!!!

Neither one could give an answer.

The retention center the sales all of them had No clue.Very Frustrated....

Called sat on phone 1 hour and 32 mins being transferred back and forth between at&t and direct tv to be discontinued on last transfer.Dietct as a new customer is horrifying.

Im ready to discontinue service after 2 days.Please Help.
