Horrible experience.Rude and completely unprofessional.
This gentleman wouldn't even give us his name. He was a technical supervisor and was arguing with myself and husband. We hung up and spoke to an amazing woman from CUSTOMER SERVICE who helped us with our bill.
I was about to cancel my service after my horrible experience with the gentleman we spoke to.He should not be working for any company for that matter.
