I KNOW the rep that I just talked to for 45 minutes of my time was in the process of transferring me to a supervisor and HUNG UP ON ME! The rep and DIRECT TV KNOW MY PHONE NUMBER AND SHOULD HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME BACK!!! The rep did NOT like I did NOT agree with the explanation he was giving me because it DID NOT MAKE COMMON SENSE!!! He said he was transferring me, and HUNG UP!

I've been loyal for 15 years plus and THIS SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! IF IT WAS SO MUCH TROUBLE TO LEARN A NEW SERVICE AND PAY $50 A MONTH FOR 2 YEARS AND THE HASSEL OF ALL NEW EQUIPMENT, I WOULD BE GONE!!!! A LONG TIME AGO! DIRECT TV STICKS!

I tried very hard to keep this rated "G" but upper management needs to know who is working for them and talking to your loyal customers!!!
