Directv - Customer Care Review
Recieved a bill from a collection agency a full year after i moved for 228.00 they said i did not cancel i suspended my service.....i moved out of state...i would never suspend the service....this an at&t bundle....never ever do this! They rip you off...i have been on the phone with customer service for 2 days... day one..supervisor will call me in one hour....no call back...on the phone now....disconnected once ...on hold now over an hour....so done with this company....calling legal services
