I have called to sort out a billing issue. I had 1 returned payment for $150.00.
Spoke with customer service they said you owe the past due of $150.. OK no issues. Call back to pay it, supervisor says Bill is now $288.. Again that was understandable with Bill etc.
Call the next day (today) rep says you have to pay $439... What? Come again? Why?
Well you had a returned payment... Explain why a supervisor said one thing and not even 12 hours later it's doubled... No... I've now been on hold for 58 minutes to speak with a supervisor.
Your lack of customer service and how to make a customer happy are far from acceptable.
I'm considering cancelling service because of this.... Ridiculous!!!!
