I wouldnt give you 2 cents for direct tv. Their employees are evil, nasty, and lie.

I was given a credit and my bill was not accurate, so i called and the rep i spoke with was so rude, could not understand him, and was literally arguing and talking over me, i asjed to be transferred to a supervisor and was on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and called back and spoke so with another rep who started off nice until i told her i was given a credit. She must of thought it came out if her pocket. We didnt get anywhere, so i asked for a supervisor who got on the phone and was very intimidating and rude too.

First if all, dont threaten your customers. And dont hire non customer service reps that dont understand what the customer is talking about nor considerate. I will be getting another company as soon as my contract is up in April. Cannot wait.

Dont ever get durect tv.

THey are scammers, lie, and intimidate their customers. They are rotten t o the cire.
