I have a very bad complaint about Direct TV I am writing this from my friend come my friend is kind of slow we had called DirecTV to let DirecTV know that my friend or a past due bill and he would like to get cable the man looked it up and said all he had to put down as $130 we asked him is it if he sure he told us to hold on let him ask his manager he came back to the phone and said his manager said it's okay he can pay $130 so we call back we talked to a different representative and that represented told us that he had to pay $169 and the cable will be back on so we did two days later the cable got cut off and we called back and asked why the cable is off they said he have to pay the old bill I told them we told the representative that he got a old bill with y'all and they kept his hundred and $169 will not give it back but I called the Better Business Bureau and then taking care of it I would not recommend this to nobody DirecTV
