DirectTV never calls you back when you want to escalate to a manager.I had an issue with them recently where they extended my contract by an extra year because I moved, however if they would have PULLED the call like I asked them to do, they would have clearly heard that the agent was NOT clear on the terms & conditions.
I even asked questions during the call and they say yes but obviously their yes' mean nothing! I did at 1 point talk with a supervisor named Pam and can honestly say she had a I don't care about you attitude.
I don't understand how they can say a 3rd party verified anything when they did not even answer ANY of my questions.Very unhappy customer
