Been with Direct TV since 1996.Awesome service and customer service until the last two months.
We're not complainers but customer service is absolutely terrible trying to understand broken English..no not racist but realistic since we're in our late 60s and have a hard time hearing; rented movies that only last a day so have to call to get correctly extended. They don't apologize for inconvenience, ask why we haven't gone to internet to fix (don't have internet) and make you feel like you're wasting their time. Getting really close to changing.
We spend tons of money with them monthly.Very sad situation when Direct TV was awesome
