Had service back in April of 2016 had to cancel due to I live in VA housing and we can't have a bunch of dishes on the ground. I explained this to them there tech even came out and got his equipment and they still have been taking money out of my account for last 8 months.
I have been sick for the last two months explained this to them and they said they escalate the work order and get me reimbursed. I even offered to meet them half way and told them to take out the early disconnection fee even though I was tricked by the subcontractor when he came out to install told me to sign tablet for permission to drill through my walls. Very sneaky. Now they call me every morning to get service back even though for 2 weeks I have told them to quit harassing me.
I called corporate today and she hung up on me. Have the big corporations come to not caring about there customers and resorted to bullying,lying,and being sneaky to do business.Will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
