Every time I call they go right to billing commands which says a lot about what they're concerned with. NOT a good start.
I get someone from India or the Philippines who is slow, doesn't understand what I'm telling them and is hard for me to understand. It's a constant circle that doesn't get anywhere. I just want to make an appointment for a service call. How hard is that?
