To whom it may concern.I have been a direct TV customer for approximately 5 years and have att high speed internet for the same time.

I recently was advised by a direct tv representative that I was being over charged and she would send a refund. Then there was never a refund. I called back and they said there was no documentation of the conversation. The representative said they would review the claim.

I received a call today where I was advised that there was a confusion in the conversation with the last direct tv employee. I was further advised that I needed yo contact att for a refund. The process for a dispute is disfunctional and inefficient.

I am truly disappointed.Chris Vasquez

I am going the same thing.....smoke N mirrors!They will make any promise possible just to get you off the phone.

Then afterwards they do not process anything and you are back to where you originally started, but just further upset.

THE WORST COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!J.O.K.E.
