I was trying to get my eatly cancellation fee waived when i was told that there was no way it could be done.ATT signed me up on the contract with a totally different deal then directv.
Since directv can't keep the services working properly i dont think i should pay a cancellation fee.
They need to up hold their end of the contract and provide service that works.Im going to talk to a lawyer and see about starting a class action law suit against ATT / Directv.
