Constantly get code 771. When you call their customer service, you are lucky if you can understand the person.
They keep asking if the TV is plugged in, then they state it is a bad cable connection. They do ask if I am having bad weather in my area, and when you tell them no, their response is, there must be bad weather somewhere in the US. No kidding. The biggest mistake I made was leaving Comcast.
Don't consider this company. Their service is poor at best.
