There customer service is really bad I don't understand them I guess there from across the world or something but really the hold experience I had with them was not pleasant I had a small problem like I need a couple of days to pay They did nothing but insult me tell me that I was lucky they even talk to me well Iam sorry but they are lucky I could not go through the phone and punch them in the face

Yaw customer service sux big time Iam really sorry that I paid all this time I have been a customer for two years and they could help with a little problem good by direct tv hello dish
